铸造用膨润土的抗高温性能研究
摘要:随着工业技术的发展,铸造工艺也在不断进步。铸造过程中的高温环境对铸造材料提出了更高的要求。本文主要探讨了铸造用膨润土的抗高温性能,并对其影响因素进行了分析。通过对不同种类和不同处理方法的膨润土进行对比试验,发现其抗高温性能与成分、结构和表面处理有关。此外,还讨论了膨润土在高温下的稳定性和抗热震性,以及如何通过优化配方和工艺来提高其应用效果。最后,文章总结了研究成果,并对膨润土在铸造领域的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract: With the development of industrial technology, casting processes are constantly advancing. The high-temperature environment in the casting process requires more stringent requirements for casting materials. This article mainly explores the high-temperature resistance performance of casting bentonite and analyzes its influencing factors. Through comparative experiments with different kinds and different processing methods of bentonite, it was found that its high-temperature resistance performance is related to its composition, structure, and surface treatment. In addition, the stability and thermal shock resistance of bentonite under high temperature were discussed, as well as how to improve its application effect through optimizing formula and process. Finally, the research results were summarized, and the prospects of bentonite's application in the field of casting were also prospected.
